One of departures

It was leaving school ceremony this morning. I quitted one of my works today. It was the ceremony that was nice than I imagined it. I worked as a counselor for two years.

Communication..... one of etymologies is communis of the Latin. It has meaning called “share(共有)”. The conversation has not only the transmission of the information but also a deeper meaning.... Deeper meaning is what?? I can't express it well. People read some informations from gestures and expressions of a speaker than words.

Maybe I learned this knowledges when I was college student. Is this knowledge right? How do you think of this?

Workshop of learning a cancer care

This afternoon I joined a work shop which was about a cancer care.
The first place Japanese cause of death is cancer. The second place seems to be cerebrovascular disorder. The cause of death of the man has much lung cancer, and it of the woman has much stomach cancer. I heard today's lecture and I thought that I have to do self-administration.
I learned a cancer prophylactic based on scientific grounds.
Prohibition of smoking. Avoid sidestream smoke.
Refraining from the liquor.
balanced meal. Refraining a salt(japanese man, less than 10g. japanese women less than 8g)
Spend everyday life actively
Maintain the weight of the adulthood in the reasonable range
Knowing having hepatitis virus infection or not
I was surprised a bit that we must eat vegetables and fruit 400g every day. Much or little for you? For me, it's much.

I went to Tenmabashi by bicycle. It was good weather, but the wind was cold today.

This season we have personnel reshuffle. Some people retire, some people go to other place.
I feel lonely a bit but on April we have new encounter. We have various meetings and partings in our life.

Finally, I can see that some cherry blossums come. But today also it's chilly.

Again cool and windy

From last Friday to today, I was at my grandfather's house. It was weather such as a storm last Saturday. I wanted to go to Kinosaki for a drive, but gave up the plan.

My granpa and me were very free, we went to the traditional Museum of the grasshopper. We looked indigo dyeing.

WEST BRIDGE

I wanted to see a cherry tree at Kyoto but it seems to be still a bud. So I hung around in Shinsaibashi , I didn't go to Kyoto this afternoon. I will go to Kyoto to see cherry-blossom in the end of March.
At Shinsaibashi, I bought an album for my memories of San Francisco.
In the evening I invited a friend to my house and we ate curry together. After that we went to WEST BRIDGE(http://www.geocities.jp/west_bridge2000/). You can listen to nice songs at here!!! Live start at 8:30 p.m. Only Thursday and Friday, Saturday.

Finally ,spring??

We had Bowdin's clam chowder at Fisherman's Wharf. This taste was so so. Too much for me.

We passed to Sausalito by a ferry from San Francisco. From a ferry, we could look the alcatraz very near!!

We also ride cablecar many time:-) I like it! I bought some chocolate for gifts at here.

I like san francisco and san jose. When we visited San Jose, the police officer was nice to us very much. Thank you very much.

It's so warm today. I like spring but I dislike pollen. My nose has been ill-conditioned for these few days:-( In the Japanese spring, a lot of pollen is scattered. Come back

This afternoon, we came back to Osaka . San Francisco and Osaka have difference in time for 16 hours. I means that we left San Francisco at 11:00 a.m. of 16th and arrived at Osaka at 3:00 p.m. of 17th. I cannot tell the experience in San Francisco with a word. It seems to take time a little to arrange various memory. The people whom I met while traveling were very impressive.

From Osaka to San Francisco

I will go to San Francisco tomorrow!!! My mom and me will leave Japan in the evening and are going to arrive at San Francisco at 3:00 a.m. of the Japan time. I am anxious about a jet lag a bit. But, it might be no problem because my special ability is to be able to sleep anywhere:-) This trip is very short. I go back to Osaka on 17th March.
