Today is more warm, it seemed to be spring. The ice of the skating rink melted, and there seem to have been people who walked with T-shirt.My friend had first experience today. When I heard it, I was surprised. It is cleaning in the intestines, it means Detoxification .A lot of women seem to experience it.
Anyway, I met her this afternoon and she gave me a chocolate. It was a OKAKI of chocolate taste rather than chocolate. Healthy for me.
