雨宿り(amayadori)

I found a nice word when I was waiting for stop hard rain. Do you know ‘雨宿り amayadori’?
I searched what I called it in English. Amayadori means shelter?? It's not right, I think.
It gives us various images.

The word "Amayadori" reminds me about a beautiful song by Mayumi Itsuwa, when I was a teenager, I love some of her songs like Amayadori and Kokoro no tomo.

Hi Nonchan,
Since I was kid I like listening to Chinese songs as well as Japanese songs, so I know some Japanese oldies like 'Subaru', 'Sukiyaki', and some famous songs from Mayumi Itsuwa.
Umm.. I think I'll find some of my favorite ones, just want to bring back the memories :)
