It was a day of the training all day. To tell the truth, I didn't want to go for it this morning.But it was good that I participated in it after all.I could get many crops:-)

After that, I walked Umeda aimlessly. Eco-goods are popular this year. A hot-water bottle in particular is popular,there are various designs.It might be influence of the recession.

Happy Valentine's Day

Today is more warm, it seemed to be spring. The ice of the skating rink melted, and there seem to have been people who walked with T-shirt.

My friend had first experience today. When I heard it, I was surprised. It is cleaning in the intestines, it means Detoxification .A lot of women seem to experience it.

Anyway, I met her this afternoon and she gave me a chocolate. It was a OKAKI of chocolate taste rather than chocolate. Healthy for me.

We've had the first spring gale today. Because I wore a down coat, I was too warm. I went to Umeda tonight to meet old fellow workers. Though it rained, there were a lot of walkers. I went to a restaurant of the promise hastily.They have already come to the restaurant of the barbecued chicken. The restaurant was the fashionable space that I neve seen . I thought it was as like hotel lobby at first.As for the cooking, most were chicken foods. They were delicious.We got absorbed in chattering, and time passed quickly.We wanted to spend more there, but we left there because there was a limit in time. After that, we continued talking in a coffee shop close to Hankyu Umeda Station until 10:00pm.I think the chattering between women to seem to be a therapy:-)But now I have a pain in some throats because I talked too much.

To see Setubun sou(flower), I went to EKOBANA EN(江古花園)http://higashiashida.com/group/egohana.htm this afternoon, I couldn't flowers because they were sold out:-( Though I looked windmills.

Two kids gathered around the pony and he looked happy. It seemed he interested in them. After they left him, he didn't interested in me.

Setubun 〝節分〟

Today is Setsubun, one of Japanese customs. On the evening of this day, Japanese conduct a brief rite called “mame maki”(literally, bean throwing) to drive away evil spirits and disease.

The Deff cha(http://www.deffcha.com/ )is one of good chinese restaurants that is small restaurant, staff is only two. Maybe the owner pretty love Buruce Lee because there are many picture of him.

You know, Japan is a volcanic country. Today two activity of volcano started, I don't know why these activity start at the same day? One is Kantou(near by Tokyo) and other is Kagoshima.

My friend asked me to go the live of Misia http://www.misia.jp/index_main.htmlwho is a nice musician. I like her songs and her beautiful voice, for example “everythinghttp://jp.youtube.com/watch?v=aHIR33pOUv0&feature=related”　so I went to the Osaka jo hall with my friend tonight. The live was so rhismical and like a disco, some people danced to the rhismical of a her music. Now my ears are feeling strange a little because of the big sound.
