My feeling tonight was Spanish food!! This restaurant was very common.

Yesterday and Today

I was in San Francisco?? No, here was USJ. Small San Francisco in USJ. I could see Fisherman's walf and Ghirardeli.

Jurassic Park amusement! People enjoy playing water!! Next!!

By the way, last night I watched “snow falling on cedars” (http://www.snowfallingoncedars.com/)on DVD. The cast are ETHAN HAWKE and YOUKI KUDO(工藤夕貴).　Maybe Miss. KUDO appeared for some american movies(Mystery Train,SAYURI). She is one of my favorites actresses.
The snow falling on cedars made me notice and think some important things. For example, a prejudice. We are sometimes realized what kind of human being oneself. Perhaps I have prejudice. I receive it and want to keep it in mind not to injure people.

Okamoto (岡本) ☆KOBE☆

This monday I had sand wich with my friend, she live at Ashiya so we promised to meet at Okamoto Station. I went by a train after having finished work in Kobe.She took me to a nice cafe.
I looked store's interior and a menu and then they made me feel good old. I thought that I knew this cafe. She and I chose sandwich of avocade and chicken. To be frank, I was weak in avocado, but recently I like it. This sandwich was a volume perfect score!

Last night I watched good movie. This title was SAYURI(Memoirs of a Geisha)http://www.sonypictures.net/movies/memoirsofageisha/. Do you know it?? I recommend it.
Japanese geisha's story. They spoke English as the stage in Kyoto, I thought it was strange a bit.

Anyway, this movie was good.

12th April ~special day ~

Today is special day because my grand mother's bitrth day. Maybe she spend beautiful days in Heaven now.

I spent ordinary day this special day.

I bought japanese sweet (よもぎ餅;A mugwort-flavored rice cake). I wanted to buy some flower for her but flower shop closed today.

From p.m 3:00 I went to hair salon at Horie for the first time. There are many many hair salon aroun here. I stopped at Starbucks on the way and took strawberry cream Frappuccino. It was delicious:-p

Fine weather

Today's temperature is 26 degrees. I changed my wardrobe in a T-shirt from long sleeves. The cherry trees were in full blossom last week. A lot of people enjoy sakura(桜) viewing today at parks. However, the in full bloom will be over soon in Osaka. Sakura in the Mint Bureau(http://www.mint.go.jp/eng/index.html ) will be in full bloom soon. I really thank for there being the four seasons in Japan. In spring and autumn in particular:-)

in Akashi (west of Kobe)

Yesterday, I went to the Akashi station by JR(train). About p.m6:00, rush hour! If you move anywhere, you should not move in this time weekday. This photo was the Uontana(http://www.uonotana.or.jp/). You can taste fresh fishery products. Akashi -yaki(food) is famous here. I think that it resembles a takoyaki.

I met my friend at 希凛(kilin)http://tuer.jp/kilin/.There were energetic cooks in the counter.

All foods were teriffic!!!!

It was a cooking of the turnip. I can never cook it. A little wasabi was good! Do you like it??

This was Gashira. I don't know how I express it in English. Gashira(がしら).....what a strange name! Taste was light.

I slept late last night. Therefore I was very sleepy during today's morning. I haveto sleep early this night. m(_ _)m......zzzzzz....Good night☆Sweeeeet dreams☆

Ohanami in Kyoto

Finally cherry trees became in full. I went to Kyoto by Keihan(train). It took approximately 50 minutes by a limited express train to Gion shijo station from Yodoyabashi station.

Many people prayed at here. There were a lot of stands, too. It was sold apple candy and takoyaki, taiyaki and so on.

Hamasaku cafe(http://www.hamasaku.com/salon/index.html). Breake time. It was good cafe. Interior was wonderful. In addition, a restroom was elaborate with cleanliness, too.But prices was not cheap.....

Quiche

For this one week, I was busy. Maybe it should have been one week that was busy for other many people. Today I invited friends to my house in the evening. I spent half day on the preparations. At first I went to buy breads for Boulangerie Takagi. Then I went to monsieur Makino to take a bitth day cake which I subscribed for yesterday(http://www.hscop.com/1/1/1/0/394/). http://www.m-makino.com/). I begun to make dinner from 3:00 p.m. I made pot-au-feu, salad and so on. Please try this recipe if you like an avocado. It is very easy:-) Mix soy sauce and wasabi, and sprinkle it to avocado. Tasty.
Friends came at here around 5:00. One of them, Mr.Shinoda taught me how to make a quiche.
Quiche recipe
1.Boil spinach(200g) and fry it with bacons(100g).
2.Mix 4eggs and put fresh cream(1cup) and cheese(100g) in it.
3.spinach and the bacon( not be hot) in eggs.
4.put them in a container with butter or margarine. And then “3” in the container.
5．At oven 200 degrees, roast it for 30 minutes.

Quiche was so nice:-p And it was very easy cooking. try it!
After dinner, we had cakes. We prepared the birthday cake to surprise Mr.Shinoda because April 20 was birthday of him. It was slightly early birthday.....but we sung birthday song♪

BIN555 was very tasty red wine. Next time I will buy it.

Today was rainy but tomorrow will be fine!
