This evening I joined a workshop. The workshop is the Morita therapy(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morita_Therapy). It was really useful therapy, I thought so.
I have to understand this therapy and will do it.
The following , what I learned element of morita therapy. ‘What I can ’ and ‘What I can't ’. Sometimes we think we can everything but realistically we have something we can't controll.
For example, weather and other people's mind, sick or birth and so on....we can't controll them. First, notice that:) It's start that you can change.

After the workshop, I dropped in Nakanoshima because I wanted to see some Illuminations.

I went to the place where he took the material of the movie. The place is tomonoura. Tomonoura is located 14-kilometer south from Fukuyama station. It took 55 minutes by Shinkansen from Shin Osaka to Hukuyama station. From Hukuyama station to Tomonoura it is about 20 minutes by car.

This meal was really delicious. Price is 1500yen. It is worth that you pay the money. It is popular with sea bream rope fishing, so you should try fresh seafoods.

MBT ～The anti shoes～

I was affected by one book（written by Mr. Tsuyoshi Takashiro), and I was interested in MBT（http://www.swissmasai.jp/）.
The catch copy called the world's smallest fitness studio , it's also good sentence.

The price is high for sneakers.
I said to oneself in this way to make up its mind to buy it.
If I went to the fitness for three months(about 10000 yen for one month) , it must be difficult for me. But it is possible to walk every day with MBT. Then I decided the purchase it.



The staff of MBT coordinated the size of shoes kindly. I wore it, and the feeling was comfortable. A cushion works very much. If you bought it, there are MBT and the DVD of explanation .

AQUA METROPOLIS OSAKA 2009

I went to Yodoyabashi to buy a book today. The destination was Odona(fashions and restaurants's building)'s Bunkyodo(a book store). But the book I wanted was not there, so I decided to go to JUNKUDO(another big book store) at Doujima. It took a 15 minutes by walk.
From Yodoyabashi to Doujima, the route was one of my favorites. Midosuji-line and Nichigin(bank) and a river. On my way to Kitashinch, you can look some bronze statues:) These are just strange. Anyway I arrived at JUNKDO at Doujima but there was not the book which I wanted there:( I wanted the book today by all means. Therefore I decided to go to Kinokuniya book store next. Kinokuniya is large and many many people are there everytime, so I don't like to go to Kinokuniya. However, at last I found the book which I wanted! it was good to go there:) In addition 20% off. Because I finished shopping in the evening, I thought that I would stop at Yodobashi Camera. Immediately, I noticed that there were more people than usual times.
The reason was a speech of Prime Minister Aso in front of Yodobashi Camera. I decided I gave up going to Yodobashi Camera, and to return to my home.

Happy Birth day to....

Tonight my friend and me had a feast at ATRIO BICI CAFE. And we happen to meet my English teacher and his friends. We were so surprised!
To celeblate his friend's birthday, they were there. What a coincidence! It was happy happening.

Of course we had delicious dinner:p I recommed you to this restaurant. There are some bicycles.
And we can relax because staffs are polite and restaurant's interior is large. All foods are tasty.

Autumn??

There is a feeling of autumn in a breeze. I hope this weather keep long time.

This week we have some natural disaster in Japan. The typhoon struck Hyogo and Okayama, Tokushima, And more, there was a landslide and a highway is closed to all vehicles.

Now japanese high way is big traffic jam because of Bon holidays.

15th of August is the anniversary of the end of a war.
