Movie ~20th century boy ~

Break time, ETRO's cafe at Navio. An Earl grey tea and a roll cake:-)
7floor at Navio in Umeda, とんかつ屋です。
This site is very busy nowhttp://www.20thboys.com/because the movie started to show today. Last night I watched “20th century boy I”on TV. The stoy was so interesting. Very famous comic artist Naoki Urasawa's work. It is SF suspense , the chief character Kenji who is running the convenience store prevents a geocide plan with a friend. Kenji made the secret base at the open field with his friends and in the days of a primary schoolchild. They aloso made " The book of the prediction". When they became an adult, a thing same as “The book of the prediction”begins to happen. The story is not only SF suspense but also a bit comedy.
I watched the latest work but I couldn't read the answer of story.“Who is the friend??” This question is most interesting thing.

Number

A Hankyu train, I take a train every day. I cannot live without trains any longer. Exaggeration??Trains is necessaries for me! Everybody look at same the sun whatever you are. I'm glad that.

Recentry, I have one what cannot be understood. It is a number!
100 is hundred, 1000 is thousand. I can understand that. But over 1000, I confuse everytime:-(
10000 is ten thousand. I learned it today so I got it. 12ooo is ... what I say?? twenty thousand?? 90000 is ninty thousand, it is easy. 150000 is .....one hundred fifty thousand! This is so difficult.
These thinking style of a number is different from Japanese style. The way to count is incomprehensible. I think if foreign people count by japanese style, they must be confused by that.

Ohatsu tenjin (お初天神)

Ohatsu tenjin, the shrine:http://www.osaka-info.jp/en/search/detail/event_5882.html

This shrine is placed in Umeda. Around here, there are restaurant and a bar and so on. It means so noisy place. Although it is famouse shrine, I never visit to there until now. The precincts where there was a lantern were heartwarming scenery.

Washington,D.C of my memory(2003)

Now Japanese news are busy with news of the American President. I think almost Japanese are very interesting it. I expect his speech of the inauguration ceremony very much. His words are full of his heart, I think so. On the other hand, how about the Japanese Prime Minister??

The event of America remind me memories of 5years ago. My relative lived in Washington,D.C for several years and I visited their home once. I went to the white house and some places. For my impression, there were areas got ready and clean. Now there are seemed so crowded and hot place.

Beauty under the moon(月下美人)

This flower's life is only one night. What a beautiful.

Recently the yen has been strongthened on the exchanged market. Japanese tend to go the oversea, especially Korea. I wonder this situation keep on? Is it good thing or bad thing?? Many companies and workers are faced with hardships of economy.

There are some great persons of history, I respect Mr. Nakamura Tempu(中村天風). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tempu_Nakamura
His philosophy is great. The experience of hardships make us stronger and more, make us happy. I would like to believe it.

Beautiful music

When I was watcing on TV tonight, I heard “愛のカタチ(中村つよし)http://www.myspace.com/zoulabelnt”. Mr. Nakamura is not famous so I never know him as this time. This song is the love song of his grand mother and grand father. His grandmother seemed a dementia so she lost her memories of her daughter's name and herself but she had the memory of her husband until the very end.

USJ 2009

Ryoichi and me! We were waiting for the show of sesame street of musical ( http://www.usj.co.jp/e/) for a long long time. So long time we were line. Maybe about a hour. After all, a show we watched was just one in half day.
Trains which are going to the Universal Studio Japan are colorful. Because it was the middle of 3 holidays today, trains were crowed with families and couples. I went to there with my brother's family.

On my way to USJ from a station, we could see a monkey show. The monkey grinded bamboo stilts very well. He looked so cold. I felt him slightly sorry.

Osaka no Omiyage. One of specilal productions, glico.

My sweet nephew

My nephew is 2years old now. He talks just like a grown-up. Today his parent and me went to eat dinner at Koutarou(address:2-24-9-103, Yamada higashi Suita-shi Osaka-hu). The restaurant has various chicken foods. These were boiled by natural stone. Especially I like motsu nabe(もつ鍋)which is one skillet supper of chicken or beef's internal organ and some vegitable. I don't care for internak organ but that soup was tasty:-) After dinner my nephew and me played with his toys. He takes care of Elmo.

the three days of the New Year(Osyogatsu)

This is Osechi Ryori. It refer s to the special dishes served on the first three days of the New Year. Each of foods have meaning. For example, lotus root means what prospects for our future canbe bright. Japanese family eat these and zoni( it is soup containing rice cake, shiitake mushrooms, etc. It is also special dish eaten to celeblate the New Year in almost all Japanese households.)
Falling snow at Tanba city.

My friends and me drived to visit the Kiyoshi Kojin(shrine). Japanese think highly of Hatsumoude. Hatsumoude refers to the New Year's first visit to a shrine or temple to pray for safety and good health of family and own.

After visiting shrine, we went to skating in Amagasaki. I have to exsercise much because I had much food this holiday. Tomorrow our holiday will finish.
