Many worshipers return old banboo leaf which was getten at last year, and then they get new it at the shrine.
We got new banboo by mediums. It was decorated with 小宝. They have meaning each other. Wishing business prosperity!!!(syoubai hanjyou)
Japan has ebis festival on 9th to 11th January. http://www.imamiya-ebisu.net/
This site is the Imamiya shrine in Osaka. This shrine's ebis festival is very famous so many many people every year.
