Hair cut
昨日は今年初めての美容院の日。思い切って？３センチほどカット。そしてカラー。いつもきれいにセットして下さるN・T氏、ありがとうございます。美容院から帰ってきた日がBestなヘアースタイル。毎朝こうだといいのだけれど・・・・。 覚えておかなきゃ。。。Yesterday it was the first beauty parlor's day in 2011. I ordered beautician cut and dye my hair.
His work is always nicely finish. I want to keep that hair style.
今日は、朝から神戸まで研修へ。研修もなかなか勉強になったけれど、古い知人に2人も会えた！2年ほど会ってないだけなのに、2人とも以前とは違うように思えた。私も・・・なのかもしれないけれど。
To join a work shop I went to Sannomiya today. I studied cognitive behavioral therapy for 6hours. And I met old colleagues in the hall. It was pleasant surprise. Mrs. N had been in Texas and now she lives in Saitama. Mr. O is now 1-year-old girl's father! Big change!! They has changed in two years, maybe me too.

A commuter train.
毎朝約１時間電車に乗って職場に行く。週に５日行ったとして、往復２時間、単純に計算して１０時間。１か月で考えると４０時間。私は約２日弱、電車に乗っていることになるのかぁ。。。。
It takes about an hour to arrive my work place from my flat. To go back and forth it takes about 2 hours. 10hours for a week. I'm in a train 40hours for a month!
最近の電車のなかの友達はipod. 聞いているのは“Beer”をテーマにした英会話。
Beerが好きなわけではないけれど、妙にBeerの知識通になっている今日この頃です。
Recentry I listen to English conversation. The theme is “Beer”. I don't like it but the conversation is interesting for me. I'm learning a Beer...I have to be careful not to drunk.
今夜は今年初めての満月。とってもきれいなお月さまが見える。
The full moon tonight. We can look at in the sky from Osaka.

心ある○○○
テレビや雑誌、情報にふれる機会は山のようにあるけれど、正しい情報に出会うのは本当に難しい。多分、うっすら誰もが感じているのではないかな・・・心ない情報に時間を割いて取り込むことは、ジャンクフードの摂取を連想させる。
形あるものを表現する場合、自分にも厳しくありたい。
形あるものが大きければ大きいほど、どれだけ良識ある人に囲まれているかも問われるように思う。
きちんとしたものを創ることは、手間がかかる。
There are huge imformations somewhere nowadays but I feel that it is difficult to search necessary and accurate one in huge informations. Some thoughtless imformations are irritating sometimes. I'm ashamed to say that some Japanese medias are loosing good(common) sense.
I refrect on myself............When I express something for instanse my ideas, I would like to do strict with myself. And don't forget, have friends having good(common)sense.
It is lot of time and trouble to make somtehing.

十日戎～the first festival～
今日は十日戎。今宮戎さんへ行ってきました。厳寒さの中、商売繁盛を祈ってたくさんの人で賑わっていました。
It was a festival held on January 10 in honor of Ebisu, the god of wealth. We went to the Imamiya ebis near by Daikoku-cho station. It was sooo chilly night but many people pray for success business were there.

帰り道、心斎橋にあるクリスピークリームドーナツを初めて購入。いつも長蛇の列だけど、今日は運よく買えました！楽しみにしていたお味は・・・まあ、長蛇の列に並んでまでも・・・。でも美味しいね。
Always there were long long line in front of Crispy cream donut. Finally I could buy Crispy cream donut tonght!

三宮ちょこっと散策。Torwest of Kobe.
夕方から、職場のお友達と神戸で待ち合わせ。彼女は三宮に住んでいるので、とてもこのあたりに詳しい。彼女の庭！？トアウエスト辺りの雑貨屋さんを散策して、夕食は餃子屋さん。名前は忘れてしまったけれども・・・餃子も、そしてきゅうりのお漬物が特に美味しかった！そのあとは、Barバルストロへ。とっても落ち着くBarです。今日は今年初の三宮。
This evening my friend and I were to meet at west entrance at Sannomiya station. She live at around Sannomiya so she know a lot about there. She guided me around Torwest's shops. There are many good shops. After strolling we had gyoza. It was really yummy! The gyoza restaurant was very nice but I can't recall the name:( Zannen..... And then we dropped in at Barstro's bar. The third floor is an Barstro's restaurant. The bar is second floor. I recommend them! Always crowd. You should make a reservation when you visit at there.
周辺は雑貨屋さんが点在。

For a while I had been hibernated..... that time had finished yesterday. My work has started today. Now I'm so high-spirit because of the holidays:)
