虫！？Pellucid hawk moth

公園のラベンダーを楽しんでいた時に、ハチ？？と思い、その物体を凝視すると！　これまで見たこともない虫が、ながーいくちばしを上手に使って、蜜を美味しそうに飲んでいました。

こんな虫みたことありますか？？

私は生れて初めてです。

ガに分類されるようです。

んー見れば見るほど、興味深い。

When I enjoyed lavenders at a park, I found a strange insect.

I thought it was a bee, but it was not.

It had a long staraw and it enjoyed honey of lavender.

Do you know it??

I never seen the insect.

It has the name, ‘Pellucid hawk moth’

just a looking・・・マンション見学

やや曇り空の日曜日。気温はこの時期にしては暖かく、お散歩してたら少し汗ばむくらいでした。今日は特別な予定もなく、公園周辺をお散歩。しかし、突然思い立って、公園前にある新築マンションへ見学に行くことに。もちろん購入する意志も、資金もありません。いわゆる、冷やかし・・・になるのかもしれませんが。入ると丁寧に２７階へ案内され、この段階で、入居を希望する気はないと、お伝えしました。それでも入居希望アンケートに記入し２４階のショールームへと。

It was a bit cloudy today. The temperature was so warm to slight sweat. I had no plan so I took a long walk around the utsubo park. But the idea of a visiting new condominium came to me and I visited at there immediately. Of course I have neither the will to purchase it nor the fund. It is what you might call a ‘Hiyakashi’( I'll just go and have a look at the room).
We were guided in the 27th floor. We said a staff that we didn't mean to purchase the condominium. The staff corresponded to us without changing a manner. We went to the showroom of the 24th floor after we filled out a questionnaire.

これは部屋から眺めたテニスコート。今日は世界ジュニア選手権をしていたようで、拍手とテニスの球の音が鳴り響いていました。ここに住めば、朝は優雅にお目覚め？
The tennis court which I looked at from the room. World youth championship was held today. I could hear applause and the sound of the tennis ball. You may experience elegant waking if you live in here??

姪～niece～

この月曜日、私にとって初めての姪に会った。甥は３年前に生まれたので、私は２人の甥と姪のおばさんになった。
その日、誕生をメールで知り、生まれたんだなくらいに思っていた。その時は今週末にでも会いに行こうと考えていた。でも、兄から送られてきた写真付きメールを見て、そんな考えは吹き飛んで、すぐにでも会いに行きたい！に変わった。やっぱり赤ちゃんは可愛い。会いに行っても目を閉じたり、指を動かすくらいで、私のことが誰かも分かっていないんだろうけど。
この子が３０歳になる頃には、私は６０歳。世界はどんなふうに映っているかな？

This monday my niece was born in Osaka. My nephew was born for 3 years ago. So I became the aunt for them.
I knew the happy news via e-mail by my brother the day. And I thought I was going to see her this weekend. But the thought changed quickly because my brother sent me her picture. I came to want to see her as soon as I can possible. The new arrival was sweet and little girl.
When the little girl will be 30 years old, I wiil be 60 years old.
How will be change the world we can see?

金木犀～Sweet osmanthus～

昨日は気持ちのよい秋晴れだったけれども、今朝は曇り、夕方からは雷が鳴り響いていた。

今朝も近所の靭公園を散歩した。靭公園では、彫刻の展示が開催されていた。変わったオブジェがあちこちに。

この公園が大好きだから、物申したい。花のアレンジは誰がされているのか？個人的な意見ですが、本当に趣味が悪い。ただ花を置いているだけ・・・にしか私には見えない。もっと、花の配置で公園は魅力的になると思う。

Yesterday was a clear autumn sky but this morning was cloudy sky. I heard a sound of thunder this evening.

This morning I took a walk to the Utusbo park. Now the sculpture exhibition has been held in the park. You can look some works here and there.

Anyway, I want to say an advice for the people related to park because I love the park.

The arrangement of colors and the arrangement of flowers are not good. It is bad taste.

The park becomes more attractive if it was changed better arrangement of color of the flower by experts.

ご馳走～special meal～

最近、ガスの火でご飯を炊くことが小さなマイブーム。１０分弱火、１分中火、１０分蒸らして、また１分中火、そして５分蒸らす。この手間の過程がご飯を美味しくさせる。炊飯器はボタン一つ押せば、それなりにおいしいご飯を作ってくれる。
なんでも、手間をかけたものは身に付く。
そして、次のステップ。食事は誰とどんな雰囲気で食べるかが大切なスパイスになると思う。

スパイス、この言葉から連想するのは、‘風味絶佳 sugar and spice；山田詠美’。

Recently, it is a small 　my boom to cook rice by the fire of the gas. 1.low flame for ten minutes. 2.medium flame for 1 minute. 3. steam for ten minutes. 4Again medium flame for 1 minute. 5. steam for 5 minutes. Coming up:p This process makes rice delicious.　Of course, a rice cooker makes delicious meal. But the process of cooking makes the dish more delicious. The one that time is spent adheres to the body.

Matsuri～祭～

‘祭’。あらためて言葉にすると、素敵な言葉だな・・と思います。おそらく、人それぞれ連想することは違うのでしょうが、私にとっては、温かくいい意味で泥臭く、日本的な言葉です。そして、英語に訳すと決してfestivalではないと思います。

この連休は、いろいろなところでお祭りや催しがあったようです。私も小さなお祭りを観てきました。
小さい頃は、法被を着て、御神輿を担いだり、相撲をしたりしたなと思い出しました。

朝夕も冷え込みだして、いよいよ秋です。

‘Matsuri’　is lovely word, I think. It reminds us some images. For me, the images are happy and reeks of a hick(good meaning for me), very Japanese. And it is no festival when translating into English, I think so.

There were many matsuri and events various places. I also see a little matsuri. When I was child, I joined matsuri wearing a happi. We carried portable shrines(神輿) on our sholders at matsuri. We took the sumo wrestling the day before of the matsuri. When we won the sumo wrestling, we were able to get the prize(about 500yen).

It begins to get cold in the morning and evening, and more and more autumn.

御神輿より、お菓子？？ Maybe She likes snacks better than portable shrines??

お月見（otsukimi) maybe seeing the full moon.

Last night it was the full moon in the cloudy sky. The following is famouse poem of the moon(中秋の名月）. ‘月々に月見る月は多けれど　月見る月はこの月の月’ The sound of the poem is interesting. The meaning is simple, I think so. We see the moon every month, but the best moon is this month, we can see most beautiful moon only this month.

Karahori street(空堀通り）

Though I don't know everything about food in the world, I think that Osaka foods are cheap and delicious. We went to a bit strange OKONOMIYAKI-YA at Karahori street. Near by Tanimachi 6 chome subway station. The okonomiyaki of this restaurant is a little different from usual okonomiyaki. There is a Kimchi in okonomiyaki, and is natto too.
