めでたい～sea bream～

最近、食べ物のことばかり書いているけれど、今日もまた食べ物。

日本人はおめでたいことがあると、鯛を食べます。何パーセントの日本人が今もそうしているかは疑問ですが。とにかく、鯛は“めでたい”に通じるので、縁起もの。そして、忘れてはいけないのがお赤飯も。

Rently I have wrote down about foods, and today also food!

Japanese eat a sea bream when there are happy event. But now how many japanese maintain the custum? I don't know that. Anyway, because the japanese name for sea bream,tai,suggests the word medetai(auspicious), it is considered in Japan a celebratory fish. And don't forget sekihan(rice with red beans). It is also happy event's food.

今日は一日中、津波警報が出ています。すべてのテレビのチャンネルは、画面右下に津波警報が発令されている地域を知らせる日本地図が映っています。今のところ、大阪湾は大丈夫のようです。

Another news on the world.

In Japan, it has been the tsunami warning by Chile all day. The warning are on all channels. Japan's map has been picture on the TV's right under. 

It seems the Osaka's bay is not danger. 

コロッケ～croquette at Tenjinbashi-suji～

２月２８日まで、大阪天満宮では梅まつりをやっている。天満宮の周りには、下町風の商店街が、細く長く続いているし、繁昌亭がある。家からそのまんま出てきたような格好をしたおじちゃん、おばちゃんが歩いてたり、生活臭がする通り。

梅を見に来てる人なんているのかな？と思ったけれど、案外人気があるようでした。けれど年配の人が多い・・・・。

Till February 28, it  hold plum Festival in Tenman-gu Shrine. Around there, it has the atmosphere of the old downtown and has Hanjyotei(We can experience rakugo at here, but I never see it :( ). In the street, there are pops and ma'am who wearing room wear.

手打ちうどん～handmade Udon～

私はご飯よりも麺類がどちらかというと好き。ラーメン、ソーメン、うどんにそば。いろいろあるけれど、私にとっては今のところ、うどんが一番。日本人に統計をとったら何が一番になるかな？

宮島であの牡蠣に出会って以来、食べ物に対する意識が変わったように思う。機械で機械的に作られたスナック菓子のエネルギーと、自然からのエネルギーたっぷりの牡蠣がたとえ同じエネルギーであったとしても、それは全然違う・・・という文章にすると味気ないけれども、そんなことを思わざるを得ないくらいの体験をあの牡蠣は贈ってくれました。 食べ物についてもっとちゃんと考えようと。

I love noodle. Ramen, soumen, udon, soba・・・・and more. My best is udon now. Which noodle is your best?? If someone take statistic about noodle what noodle is best for japanese??

From I had met that oyster, my awareness has chanced.  I think  that the oyster of full nature'energy and energy of snack made by machine  are very different, these effect for us are very different at long term. Though this sentense is dull, that oyster gave me present :)  This chance made me think about foods.

関西圏には、美味しいロールケーキがいろいろあるけれど、今日は初めて８ｂのロールケーキに挑戦。んーなかなか。

Around here, some patisserie of roll cake are there.

Today I bought 8b's one.

It is ok.

NO MORE HIROSHIMA

宮島～Miyazima～

大阪から宮島まで新幹線からJR山陽本線に乗換え、フェリーで合計2時間30分ほど。

宮島桟橋に降りると、鹿さんたちがお出迎え。表参道にはもみじまんじゅうやお好み焼き、あなごめしのお店がずらりと並んでいて、歩いてるだけで楽しい道のり。

From Osaka toMiyajima , it took 2hours 30minutes by Shinkansen(Nozomi, I recommend N700series) and JR sanyo-line, a ferry. At the Miyajima pier, some deer were there and welcomed us: ) They were very calm. We strolled at Omotesando with just looking many shops and restaurants(Momiji manjyu;japanese sweet and Okonomiyaki, conger eel rice). It was fun fun time.

お昼御飯には、“くらわんか”でおこのみやきを堪能。大阪のお好み焼きよりもあっさりしているなぁ。お好み焼きよりも何よりも感激したのは、牡蠣！！！これは、言葉では言い表せないくらい美味、という言葉がふさわしい食べ物でした。

We had nice okonomiyaki at “Kurawanka”. It was more healthy than Osaka's one. It was Hiroshima style and it was difficult from Osaka's okonomiyaki.  Anyway, this trip's BEST was oyster!  I never eaten so hummy oyster. The blessing of the sea! The best oyster.

今回訪れた時は、干潮でした。次回は満潮時に来てみたいなぁ。潮の満ち引きはチェックしわすれないように。

When we arrived at Itsukushima shrine, the sea was the low tide. If it were the full tide, the view will be so fantastic. Next time I should check the site of  “full” or “low”.

牡蠣屋の牡蠣。一個250円。これは、食べるべき！！絶対に。

遅読な私は、通勤中を利用して『坂の上の雲』を読み進めている。
文章がなんとなくユーモアにあふれていて、笑いをこらえることもしばしば。
主人公の一人に、正岡子規が出てくる。この本に出会うまでは、彼は私にとってただの俳人にすぎなかったけれども、出会ってからはとても近い存在に感じる。

彼の人柄を感じさせるあるくだりが今はお気に入りです。
子規の同郷の一人が就職先を決める時、子規にアドバイスを求めた。その時の子規の返答。
“人間は友をえらばんといけんぞな。日本（新聞社名）には羯南翁がいて、その下には羯南翁に似たひとがたくさんいる。こういうひとびとをまわりに持つのと、持たんのとでは、一生がちごうてくるぞな。安くても辛抱おし。七十円や八十円をくれるからというてそこらへゆくのはおよし。あそばずに本をお読みや。本を読むのにさほど金は要らんものぞな”

Recently I have been read “Sakano　ue no kumo” in my commute time. (My reading book speed is very slow.) This novel is japanese history in Meiji-period.
This work is Mr. Shiba Ryotaro's one. His sentense is humorous for me so I have to hold myself back from laughing out on a train. Three characters is hero. One is Mr.Masaoka Shiki who is famouse japanese poeter. After read it, my image of Masaoka Shiki changed better. He is not so rich in his life. Because he choiced person not money in point of all his life.
He was a warmhearted man and he had some wonderful  friends, I think so.

信楽～Shigaraki～

信楽焼は、滋賀県甲賀市信楽町を中心に作られる伝統陶磁器。日本六古窯（瀬戸焼・常滑焼・越前焼・信楽焼・丹波立杭焼・備前焼）のひとつに数えられる。

Shigarakiyaki art is traditionak made in Shigaraki-cho of Shiga-ken. One of the six traditional  pottery of Japan(Seto-yaki, Tokoname-yaki,Echizen-yaki, Shigaraki-yaki,Tamba tachikui-yaki, Bizen-yaki).

今日は生憎の雨降りの建国記念日だったけれども、信楽までドライブへ。高速道路(新名神)を使うと、大阪市内から約1時間程で到着できる。大津SAから晴れていれば、琵琶湖が見渡せるのだけれども、霧が立ち込めていたので、景色は断念。

Though cold rain has been falling today, we decided to go to Shigaraki because today is national holiday(the nationak foundation day). It took about a hour from Osaka city to Shigaraki by the shin meishin-high way. If it had be good weather we could  see the Biwako(lake) from the Otsu service area. But it was foggy so we couldn't see it :(

信楽IC出口には、狸たち（信楽焼）がお出迎え。陶芸品を取り扱ったお店が点在しているので、何処に入ろうかと迷いながらたどり着いたのが、“屋小大-OOGOYA-”。
よく見る狸の信楽焼から、手のひらサイズの狸などなど老若男女の信楽焼に出会えました。

Some raccoon dog which are shigaraki-yaki welcomed us at the shigaraki-interchange exit.
Shigaraki has many shigaraki-yaki shops so we didn't know which shop to enter. We decided to enter “OOGOYA”
They have various shigaraki-yaki. Ordinaly raccoon dog and a palm size raccoon, an owls.

This is love or obrigation??

14日はバレンタイン。高校生だった頃は、大イベントだったけれど・・・・・今は・・・・。でも、毎年毎年、チョコレートを買いに行くことは恒例になっている。

阪急百貨店はいつものように2フロアーのチョコ売り場を展開。あそこに行くと、金銭感覚がマヒするのは私だけではないはず!

可愛らしくラッピングされた2個入りのチョコレートが1000円、2000円!!　しかもそれが売り切れになっているから、またまた驚き。

私は、そんな高価なチョコレートを買ったことがないけれども、もらった男性はやっぱり嬉しいのかな??　

St. Valentine'sday coming soon. When I was a high school student, it was very important event. But now it is like a  routinely events every years:( This year also I went to the hankyu department at Umeda to buy chocolates for the event. This season they have 2 floors for St. valentine's chocolates.

Prices of almost chocolates are amaging!

Only two chocolates of beautiful wrapping  are 1000yen or 2000yen, and more..... And they were sold out!

You can believe it? Who did buy it? I never bought so expensive chocolate. 

Men who get so expenseive chocolate  happay? Even if, it is obligation(not love) for men and women each other.

“Love or Giri??” “Oh no,the return of White day will be .....difficult. I have to return gift of two or three times as expensive as this. ”

Chilly but my heart is warm.

朝、御堂筋を歩いていると空から雪が・・・・。昨夜から冷え込みが強く、皮膚が切れそうなくらい寒かったけれど、久しぶりに大阪で雪が降った。空は澄んでとてもきれい。

While I was walking mido-suji, it was falling a snow a little. It has been so cold from last night, my skin painful because of chilly air. I saw snow after a long time at Osaka. The sky was so clear.

夜は待ちに待ったMonkye Majik のライブのためZepp Osakaへ。私は1階スタンディング席、彼らは私の4メートル程先に!!　夢のような2時間はあっという間でした。どうして彼らがあんなに日本語が上手なのか？それは本当に本当に不思議。“アイシテル”、本当に素晴らしかった。心にじーんと染み込むような何かが伝わってきました。こんなに素敵な瞬間を本当にありがとう。

とっても元気にしてくれました！

What a day!! Momkey majik tour!! We went to Zepp Osaka 6p.m. I could see them with close range. Their and my distance was about 4m!! Dreaming time for me. It passed the time so quickly. “AISHITERU” was great... I can't express deep emotion which I felt  while I was listening it. Thank you for great time!!Monky majik!! They sang old and new tunes. Ah... really good songs...“Change”and “Around the world”.....

Zeppはやらしい！？この500円のドリンクはいらない。欲しくない飲み物をなんで買わなきゃいけないのか？

I  would like to complain Zepp. I don't need any drink but we have to buy it  when we enter Zepp Osaka. Why?

I wonder I can fall a sleep tonight?

今日は節分の日。巻き寿司は西南西を向いて食べました。日本のみんなが西南西を向く姿を考えると、幸せな気持ちになる。

Today is SETUBUN, this day we throw beans and eat makizushi with looking west-south-west(西南西).

Imagine, every japanese look at same direction and eating rolling sushi: )

お菓子の国～Sweet country～

日本のコンビニは日本人を飽きさせない。いつもいつもコンビニへ行く度に新しい！を発見する。
でも、包装は新しいけど中身は同じ・・なんてことも多々あるのだけれど。
とにかく、次々と新しいお菓子がコンビニでは発見できる。

Japanese convenience stores don't make bore japanese. We  meet new sweets everytime at there. Sometimes only wrapping  change and contents don't change. Anyway, one after another new sweets appear. I like personally 7-11. It is cleanest convenience store in Japan, I think so : )

An éclair and a pudding are about 350yen. Cheap or suitable price? 

お菓子・・・で思い出したのが、たいやき。

たいやきと言えば、“泳げたいやきくん”。
この歌は、シンプルだけど子供心にとてもたいやきくんが、可哀想だと思った。

Sweets remainds me “Taiyaki”. Speaking of Taiyaki, “Swim Taiyaki-kun♪; Oyoge Taiyaki-kun♪”
