冬の気配〜winter?〜

今日は秋を跳び越して冬の様な寒さ。夜は、ニット帽とマフラーをしてお出かけ。それくらいでもちょうどいいくらい。急に寒くなって温度調節が難しい。
There was hint of winter in the air today! I went out with a knitted cap and muffler.

今日職場で数年ぶりに会った人に、“ちょっとふっくらした？”言われてショック。なんで一言目に！？そう思って自分の顔を見ると、ほっぺたがまあるくなった様な気がしなくもない！

帰宅後早速、walkingへGO!
After my work, I went out for exercise!!
